I'm Having Trouble Staying Logged In

Some users have an issue where the they cannot get/stay signed in. There are a variety of reasons for this, but these are some of the common ways that we have found to resolve the issue.

- Try Using Incognito/Private Mode
- Clear the Cache
- Check for Console Errors During Login
- Use a VPN
- Contact Us

Close all GregMAT/PrepSwift tabs and try again



Self-explanatory.

Try Using Incognito/Private Mode



Try opening a Private/Incognito window in your browser and then attempting to sign in to GregMat there. This tends to work for a lot of users.

Clear the Cache



Try to clear the cache and then sign into GregMat again.

Step 1: Open your browser's Developer Tools

Step 2: RIGHT CLICK the "Reload" button and click "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"

Check for Console Errors During Login



Step 1: Open your browser's Developer Tools

If you're not using Chrome, check here: https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/

Step 2: Go to the "Console" tab

Step 3: Clear the Console

Step 4: Attempt to Sign In to GregMat as you normally would

Step 5: Check the Console for any Error (Red) messages

If you see Red error messages, please take a screenshot of these, and then contact us (chat button on bottom left corner).

Use a VPN



Try connecting to the site through a VPN. Often we find a lot of connection problems get solved this way.
