Known Issues



We are aware of the following bugs and are working to fix them:




This issue seems to happen on Samsung devices especially. The following steps have resolved the issue for some users in the past:

Uninstall the app
Download and install this APK: https://gregmatapi.s3.amazonaws.com/media/misc/files/GregMat_2_6_0.apk
If the app opens correctly, then go to Play Store and update.

If the app does not open correctly, or you have trouble with these instructions, please contact support.

Flashcards/Mountain Items are missing



Go to Settings
Click the "Refetch" button:

Wait for the spinner to disappear
Restart the app

The app should then say "setting up" and try fetching the definitions again.

Downloaded Videos Not Playing



Downloads are an experimental feature and do not yet work properly on some devices.

Try waiting up to 30 seconds after tapping the video and the spinning circle disappears on the right, it might end up playing.

Stuck on Loading (Spinning Circle)



iOS



Please uninstall and reinstall the app.

Android



Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This doesn't work on some devices (especially Samsung), so please press the "chat" button to reach out to our support team.

Frequently asked questions



Videos don't play at all



It's likely an issue with the video host Vimeo. Please check https://help.gregmat.com/en/article/why-are-videos-not-playing-1kozdlf/ for what could be causing the problem.

I can't see PrepSwift



Did you subscribe to the PrepSwift add-on? It won't appear if you didn't - you'll need to upgrade by going to https://gregmat.com/pricing. If you are sure you did however, contact the customer service representatives.

I only see limited content (such as the first 10 days of the vocab mountain)



This is because you're on a free account and haven't subscribed to GregMAT+. Once you subscribe to GregMAT+ and reload the app, you should be able to see the other groups and videos.
