Why are videos not playing?
There are some possibilities to explain why recordings are not playing on your end.
Are you trying to watch a video on our YouTube channel? Most videos are currently private due to multiple ETS takedown requests.
Vimeo is blocked in your area (Indonesia specifically). Use a VPN. You can also try using the app, as it uses a slightly different method to deliver videos.
Vimeo might be temporarily down - you can confirm this by going to https://vimeostatus.com/.
Your Internet connection might be experiencing some issues.
If you get the "Because of Privacy settings this video cannot be played here" message, try using a private/incognito window or a different browser.
If you are getting a message like this: "The webpage at https://player.vimeo.com/video/... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address, ", first check if you can watch any video (like https://vimeo.com/347119375). If not, you have a general network policy or issue blocking Vimeo, and may need to find a different network or system that allows accessing Vimeo. Alternatively, use a VPN.
If you get a "Player Error" message, please try using the app (possible if you're on a M1 or newer Apple system). If this is not possible, contact the customer service representatives. This appears to be an issue with Vimeo.
