How can I confirm my subscription is cancelled?

Option 1 - Cancellation Email



You should have received an email after you cancelled your subscription. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder. If nothing has arrived within an hour, please contact the support team.

Option 2 - Checking on the website



Click the blue "avatar" button on the top-right corner

There will be a notification indicating that no more payments will be made

Option 3 - Support Team



Contact our support team, either:

Using the "chat" button on this page
Emailing us on support@gregmat.com

Provide us your email and our team can confirm if your subscription is cancelled.
