How do I change or reset my password?

Click the blue "avatar" button on the top right corner

Click the "Password" tab or the "Forgot your password?" link

Enter your email address and click the button to get a password reset link

You'll see a notification that a link has been sent to your email.

If an error occurs here, it's likely because either you haven't registered an account or activated it yet. You can do that here:

Click the link sent your email

If you can't find this email, be sure to check your spam folder

If the email does not arrive within half an hour, please chat to our support team so we can look into it.

Enter your new password twice and click the green button

If it was successful, you'll see a notification indicating that your password has changed
