How do I change or reset my password?

Initiating a Password Change


If You are Logged In


  1. Click the "User Profile" button on the top-right corner



  1. Click "Change Password" in the popup



  1. You'll see a notification that a link has been sent to your email.



If you Cannot Log In


  1. Click the "User Profile" button on the top-right corner


  1. Click the "Password" tab on the popup



  1. Enter your email and click "Send Password Reset Link"



  1. You'll see a notification that a link has been sent to your email.




Changing Your Password


  1. Click the link that was sent to your email




If you can't find this email, be sure to check your spam folder


If the email does not arrive within half an hour, please chat to our support team so we can look into it.


  1. Enter your new password twice and click "Change Password"



  1. If successful, you will see a message saying that your password was changed



Changing your password does not necessarily log out all existing devices, if you need help with this, please contact the support team.
