Known Issues





The following steps have resolved the issue for some users in the past:

Force stop the app
Clear the app data

Note: This is not the same as clearing the "cache" or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Neither of those tends to work for users affected by this bug.

Open the app again

If the app does not open correctly, or you have trouble with these instructions, please contact support.

iOS - Playback Speed Getting Reset



We're currently investigating this issue, as of now there's no fix.

Frequently asked questions



Videos don't play at all



It's likely an issue with the video host Vimeo. Please check https://help.gregmat.com/en/article/why-are-videos-not-playing-1kozdlf/ for what could be causing the problem.

I can't see PrepSwift



Did you subscribe to the PrepSwift add-on? It won't appear if you didn't - you'll need to upgrade by going to https://gregmat.com/pricing. If you are sure you did however, contact the customer service representatives.

I only see limited content (such as the first 10 days of the vocab mountain)



This is because you're on a free account and haven't subscribed to GregMAT+. Once you subscribe to GregMAT+ and reload the app, you should be able to see the other groups and videos.
