# I'm Having Trouble Staying Logged In

Some users have an issue where the they cannot get/stay signed in. There are a variety of reasons for this, but these are some of the common ways that we have found to resolve the issue.

### Close all GregMAT/PrepSwift tabs and try again

Self-explanatory. 

### Try Using Incognito/Private Mode

Try opening a Private/Incognito window in your browser and then attempting to sign in to GregMat there. This tends to work for a lot of users.

### Clear the Cache

Try to clear the cache and then sign into GregMat again.

### Check for Console Errors During Login

If you see Red error messages, please take a screenshot of these, and then contact us (chat button on bottom left corner).

### Use a VPN

Try connecting to the site through a VPN. Often we find a lot of connection problems get solved this way.
