# How do I get an Invoice/Receipt for my Subscription?

If you need to get an invoice/receipt for your GregMat subscription, you can do that from the Stripe Customer portal with the instructions below.

|| If your purchased from our alternative store services.gregmat.com or in some other way, please check your email for the receipt. Otherwise, contact the support team.

1. Click the blue "User Profile" button on the top-right

2. Click the "Manage Account" button

3. Click the "Payment Options" button to open the Stripe Customer Portal

|| If the "Payment Options" button is greyed out or missing please contact us for your invoice.

4. On the right hand side you can see your invoice/purchase history, click the one you want to view

5. You can then find buttons at the bottom to download an invoice/receipt for the payment
