# How can I confirm my subscription is cancelled?

Make sure you have already cancelled your subscription following the article below:

### Option 1 - Cancellation Email

You should have received an email after you cancelled your subscription. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder. If nothing has arrived within an hour, please contact the support team.

Provide us your email and our team can confirm if your subscription is cancelled.
